High content of natural pollen and all the goodness. we do not treat the honey in any way besides minimal filtering. Our 'whipped' or 'creamed' honey is so delightful, light and creamy. Irresistible on fresh toast. The whipped honey does not contain any additives or treatment besides whipping (like whipped cream). We keep our honey on the kitchen counter and our whipped honey in the fridge. It's irresistible. A kitchen is cold without this nostalgic ingredient.
