High content of natural pollen and all the goodness. we do not treat the honey in any way besides minimal filtering. Our 'whipped' or 'creamed' honey is so delightful, light and creamy. Irresistible on fresh toast. The whipped honey does not contain any additives or treatment besides whipping (like whipped cream).
